Refund policy
No exchanges or returns will be accepted without proof of purchase and must be within 14 days from original date of delivery. Please e-mail us at info@kireiknives.com or call us at 310-591-0250 to arrange a return.
Items can only be returned if it is in its unused and original condition and packaging.
- If upon return, items are found to be used in any way or damaged, they will not be accepted or credited.
- Placing an order indicates your acceptance of our return policy.
- Blades damaged by misuse, improper care, mistakes in use or sharpening, or any other type of damage resulting from user error are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
- There is a 10% restocking fee for returned items
